Class 9 - The Church at Laodicea

It happens every September. The husband grabs the TV control, looks at his wife and says...”Hey Helen, do you have anything to say before the football season begins?” You see, that is the last word she can say to him until the Super Bowl ends in February.

As we begin studying the church of the Laodiceans, there is a similar, but more serious situation. In the Lord’s message we find that the Laodiceans were making the Lord “compete” for attention with the life style of Laodicea. He was trying to give them a last word of warning before it was too late for them to hear Him.
